CHARGES AT ROTORUA.

SOUTHERNER'S COMPLAINT. The charges made by the Government' jit Rotorua are criticised by a resident of Wellington, who haa just completed a visit \o the thermal district. To mo, it looks like a conspiracy to SUI the place or force it into private ownership. A few years ago people of moderate means used to be able to spend a good holiday at Soforua at the cost of a few pounds. Nowadays it can't he done."
