GROCERY AT MILFORD. An uction for dissolution of partnership in a grocery business at Milford, Takapuna, in which Harold J. Piatt (Mr. McVeagh) sought tho taking of accounts I as between himself and Walter S. Brinsley (Mr. Denniston), tho active partner in the concern, was before Mr. Justice Stringer yesterday. After a brief hearing . Hia Honor made an order for dissolution of the partnership and the taking of accounts.
