RESTORATION OF YOUTH:
EX-KAISER OPERATED ON. Reutcr. LONDON, Deo. 3. A story that is current that prior to rc-marriage the ex-Kaiser was operated upon with a view to restoration of his youth, has been confirmed by a Vienneso rejuvenation specialist. Dr. Buchardi, who arrived in London to perform a number of operations. He says that an identical operation with those which he intends to perform in London was recently performed upon the ex-Kaiser.
