RHINE RIOTS SPREAD.

Strike troubles are spreading in Rhineland, where 50,000 workers are involved. Four persons have been killed, and 10 wounded. Many police have been injured. The German authorities were unable to cope with night-long rioting in Cologne, and invoked the help of the British military police. The situation is serious. RIOTS IN DUSSELDORF. MARTIAL LAW DECLARED. A. and N.Z. BERLIN. Nov. 15. The authorities at Dusseldorf have decided to proclaim martial law owing to the strike riots.
