MELTING A SHELL.
FATALITY IN INDIA. 17 KILLED: SEVEN WOUNDED Australian and N.Z. Cable Association. (Rocd. 5.5 p.m.) DELHI, Nov. 8. A message from Lucknow states that a shell exploded at Moradabad, killing 1? and wounding seven ex-soldiers, who had served in France and Mesopotamia. The shell had been brought buck as a curio, and had been passed on to a blacksmith, who, by attempting to mislfc it, caused a terrific explosion.
