Chapman, <* Ross, asking for an injunction restrain* ing the defendants from carrying w* sale of the company into effect. . The statement'of claim stated th * t , wl T plaintiff and defendants each quarter share in tho company, which va» incorporated with a capital of £2000. in parties had agreed to sell at auction, Stopforth stipulating a reserve »■ £28,000, but the partners, rejected «* proposal and sold to one-" Deighton, to* £15.100.
