MR. HUGHES HOWLED DOWN. A. and N.Z. MELBOURNE. Oct. 30. The Prime Minister. Mr. W. M. Hughes, was howled down at a meeting at Horsham, despite efforts by Mr. A. S. Rodgers, Miniiiter for Customs, to obtain a hearing for him. It is stated that the rowdy element' waa comprised of strangers to the district.
