JOINT LETTER FROM M.P.'S. Thirty-two Presbyterian members of the New Zealand Parliament have forwarded a jointly-signed letter to the Rev, J. H. Mackenzie in appreciation of his action at the recent meeting of tba* Wellington Presbytery in connection with the "no more war" movement. The lette? reads : —" We desire, as Presbyterians'and members of Parliament, to express our appreciation of your action in connection with the ' no more war' resolutjDn which came befroe the Wellington Presbytery on Tuesday last. The attitude pt certain of your Ministerial brethren off that and previous occasions is such as to suggest that Preshywr'ans are lacking ; n tue common sense which discriminates between defensive and aggressive warfare, and fail to recognise that the former may be at C-nce nive.ssfi.rv and righteous.
