Zealand, and will be lent to the Dominion Government for a period net exceeding three years. Up to last May Commander Stafford was executive officer at the submarine depot, Portsmouth. From - 1014 to 1918 he served in H-M.S. Orion; ' Vi tho Grand Fleet, which was present: .at Jutland, and following his promotiea > he was in the light cruiser, Cuester. Captain P. H. Hall Thompson, B.N-,, V has been appointed to H.M.S. Victory j as Coastguard Captain, Portsmouth Com-- j mand. rl Captain Dudley B. N.
