CONFERENCE OPENS TO-DAY,

Tho Auckland Welfare of Youth Conference will open at the Y.M.C.A. buildings this evening at 7.30. The president, Mr. 0. J. Tunis, will give an address, and reports on " Youth and Religion,"' " Housing and Youth," and " The Civio Recreations of Youth"" will be presented,* Dr. Truby King and Mr. J. Caughloy, director of education, will b& present. The conference will be continued tomorrow. .
