WATERFRONT ARREST.
STOREMAN CHARGED. [Nx TaLKaaAPH.—PH.ESB association.] WELLINGTON, Friday. A sensation was caused to-day by the arrest of John Madson, permanent storeman in charge: of the: Harbour Board's store, on ,a charge of the theft, of property.
