Th« annual meeting of the Waikato ■Winter Show Association was held this morning, the president, Mr. H. Clark, presiding over a large attendance. The annual report stated that the !«* «J»w was an unqualified success. Although £1300 had been spent on new buildings and plant the bank overdraft -had not Seen increased. Further additions and improvements were necessary but could not be effected until more money was available, and in the meantime a little would be done each year as money came in. The balance-sheet showed that the gate receipts at the last show wereJl46s. KfV W Clark was re-elected president, and MessS f A. Snell and W. Wallace vice-presidents.
