♦ — MR. BURBUSH'S CAMPAIGN. A meeting of electors interested in the candidature of Mr. F. H. Burbush for the Waitemata, seat was held at Devonport last evening. The following motion Was carriedr "That this .representative meeting of Devonport Liberals strongly urges that Mr. Burbush be appointed the official candidate lor the Waitemata • electorate, and that all present pledge themselves to do all in their power to promote his candidature." A meeting of Northcote electors interested in Mr. Burbush's candidature will be held in the Masonic Hall, Northcote, next Tuesday evening.
