DISSENSION IN SOVIET.
M. KRASSIN RESIGNS. UNRATIFIED AGREEMENT. Eeutor. RIGA, Oct. 18. It is stated that M. Krassin has resigned bib position of Soviet Trade Commissary. The reason is not stated, but it is apparently due to rejection of the agreement he concluded with the Rubso-Asiatic Consolidated Company.
