THE WOOL MARKET.
BRISK LONDON SALES. CROSSBREDS IN DEMAND. k. and N.Z. LONDON, Oct. 16. | At the wool sales to-day no greasy Merinos were offered. Competition for all crossbreds was keener and more general. Prices were firm at full late rates. Kaiapoi lambs clip made up to and averaged 24d; Parkvale realised 23d. The Bradford tops market is exceedingly firm at full rates, but not much business is being done.
