THE PREMIER'S SPEECH.
I ATTACK BY THE TIMES. Timw. LONDON. Oct. 16. The Times in a leader expresses disappointment at Mr. Lloyd George's speech. It says that he failed to answer the main criticisms and dealt -with problems at the impending Peace Conference in a spirit which would be justified only if Christendom were waging a holy war against the Turks.
