RETIREMENT COMPLETED.
REFUGEES REPORT MASSACRE Renter. LONDON, Oct. 15. Reuter's correspondent at Chanak reporta that the retirement of Turkish troops on this front is now complete. Armenian women have arrived disguised as Tnrkish ladies. They report a general massacre of Armenians and Greeks at Ezine, 50 miles south of Chanak, but no confirmation is obtainable. The Greek Government has provided transport for 8000 Greek refugees from Chanak to Greece, but in view of the congestion in Greece it desires refugees to return to their homes here when possible. They will be permitted to remain at the Dardanelles.
