CONVERSION INTO CRUISER. Renter. TOKIO, Oct. 15. Oaang Tso Lin, the Manchuran army leader, is repented to have purchased the steamer Simbirsk, an ex-Russian vessel now lying at Kobe, for conversion into a fast cruiser. The Simbirsk is Gne of the Russian volunteer fleet which Lenin attempted to seize, but it took refuge in Japanese vraters. "Red" agents attempted to seize the vessel at Nagasaki a year ago, but their effort was frustrated after a fight on the deck.
