Oct. 8 A Montenegrin officer named Raspopovich seized Antivari and Dulcigno, proclaimed their independence and sent an ultimatum to Belgrade. The Yugoslav Government thereupon offered 2,000,000 dinars (about £84,000) for Raspopovieh's capture.
