«>- PRINCE OF WALES FUND. GREAT RESPONSE MACE. A. and N.Z. LONDON, Oct. 5. Thirty thousand flagselle's have responded to the Prince of Wales' appeal to raise £100,000 in aid of London hospitals. Fetes and ■ quaint pageants have been arranged by the hospital students and nurses, and the Vauxhall Gardens have been transformed into a replica of the Vauxhall of a century ago.
