Three thousand Fascisti seized Trent, in the Italian province of Trentino, foriroerly the Austrian Tyrol, and forced the Governor to resign. The action was alleged to be due to Austrian proclivities shown by Trent officials. The town" has placed under military control. The newspaper Corriere Delia Sera, commenting on the Faccisti position at Trent, says:—The situation has -become one of intolerable weakness. The Government prom<>tes anarchy and encourages excessee among the Fascisti. While deprecating a Ministerial crisis the newspaper considers it necessary to form a Government capable of restoring order without useless talk and dangerous delays.
