INCOMING. The Moeraki arrived at Wellincton from Sydney yesterday afternoon with 90 bags of mail for Auckland. They include 49 bjwgs of Australian, 23 bags of English, and 13 bass of Eastern mail, and will Teach here to-morrow morning. The Eoyal Mail steamer Niagara left Vancouver for Auckland on September 23 with. 762 bags of English and American mail for New Zealand. She is. due her* on October 13. OUTGOING.
