They include 49 bjwgs of Australian, 23 bags of English, and 13 bass of Eastern mail, and will Teach here to-morrow morning. The Eoyal Mail steamer Niagara left Vancouver for Auckland on September 23 with. 762 bags of English and American mail for New Zealand. She is. due her* on October 13. OUTGOING.
