Mr. Edward Cecil Moore has been elected Lord Mayor-elect of London in succession to Sir John Baddeley.

Mr. Edward Cecil Moore, who is 61 years of age, has been an alderman for Bishopsgate since 1912. He was appointed sheriff in 1914.
