Wragge at 7.30 p.m. yesterday:—The disturbance Quintius is running slightly late, and is now overlapping the far south. It is expected to make northing, causing cloudy skies and falling barometer, and a tendency to rain. Winds shifting northerly shortly. Sea moderate, but rising south Irom Cape Egmont.
