The P*™*; from Juno 26 to September 26. » also charged to the consumer at the, rale of _3 per annum bv the Auckland (Sty Council; Now. can any of the New Lynn Town Board members show me why a ratepayer Should be charged twice forth© use of the city water, which charge will work out at the rate of £4 10s per annum? My own average consumption is at the rat* ot 1000 gallons net' month, registered by meter. In'- addition to the above, the same ratepayer has. also to. meet a charge of hi os for disconnecting from the city mam to the New _vnn Town Board main. It appears to me that the New Lynn Town Boardl » out to penalise consumers for using the city water.. J- H. HOBMDGK. New Lynn.
