MURDER OF DR. RATHENAU.
ARREST OF A SUSPECT. A. and N.Z. AMSTERDAM. Sept. 14. A message from Medan, in the East Indies, announces that the police arrested a German named Prinz, alleged to be concerned in the murder of Dr. Rathenau. Prinz was a stowaway on a German steamer.
