Australian and N.Z. Cable Association. (Eecd. 7.50 p.m.) LONDON. Sept. 14. Exchange on New York is quoted today at 4dol. 41Jc., compared with 4dol. 46ic on September 11 and 4dol. 46Jc. on September 7. The decline is attributed to American nervousness over the European sitaation, and also to the usual seasonal weakness.
