CARNIVAL WEEK PROPOSED.
CONFERENCE TO BE HELD.
A proposal to hold a carnival week in connection with the Auckland winter shotf was discussed by the executive of th« Agricultural and Pastoral Association yesterday. It was decided to arrange a conference with the racing, trotting and hunt clubs, dairy associations. Chamber of Con*, merce, Farmers' Union and lootbail authorities, with a view to holding a carnival week. It was also arranged that th* various committees that acted at the last winter show should meet and draw jm schedules for the next show as soon as rtossible.
