ATHLETICS.

COLLEGE ROAD RACES. The annual road races of Sacred Heart College were run on Wednesday afternoon In the junior event there was a field of 33 competitors. The winner, G. Brunt, covered the four miles in 25m 51s. Tho scratch man, R. Keenan, made the fastest time, 24m 475, and ran into seventh place. The senior race of five miles was won by R. Nightingale, running from scratch in 28m, which establishes a new college record
