AMERICA'S PEACE IDEAL.
PRESIDENT AND THE ARMY. £ and N.Z. WASHINGTON, Aug. 21. The President, Mr. W. G.' Harding, in a a military training camp, said that there was no thought in the United States of armed warfare. The force was not designed on the part of the country to carry an armed campaign in any direction. The United States was concerned • only with peace.and the security of peace.
