WAIHI MINE.
Sir, —In view of thef keaa fftsfcS is being'taken in the development® of the Waihi mine and the interesting reports the shareholders get frost' the saanageracnt it seems that eomijtimes Ihdf reports do nob ahow continuity and the valine is lost to a certain extent—-there has been a feeling among shareholders in New- Zealand that we might, have fuller reports SVen to us, and, of cMtrse, to thei J2ng;h shareholders as well. For instance, in the papers of July 21 the report vras given of work that/ had been done tip to that date, and on August 18 the freports given do not seem to be connected vnth. the report in July. It is poswble- that I have missed a report in the papers, bnt it appears as if a report had been made to London that has not appeared in ths, Auckland papers. Would it be too much to ask that any information available in London head office is published in our local press? Suaeeholijeii.
