ACCUSED AGAIN REMANDED.

BAIL OF £500 ALLOWED.

The three men charged with the theft of the yacht Raata, valued at £81.6, the property of William Standish, again appeared in the - Police Court yesterday, before Mr. J. W. Poynton, S.M. The men are Alfred Thomas Henry Weetlake, aged 35, Thomas Henry Butler, aged 23, and Leslie Manning Burke, aged 19. A further remand till next Monday was granted. Mr. Singer, for the three accused, asked for bail. Chief-Detective Mcllvoney: I must formally oppose bail, Your Worship. The Magistrate. Bail will he allowed in a surety of £500 each.
