TUTANEKAI'S NEW CREW.

VESSEL DECLARED "BLACK," [BX TELEGRAPH. —PRESS ASSOCIATION-] WELLINGTON. Thursday. As a result of the recent dispute about the reduction of wages of the men engaged on the Tutanckai, and the action of the Marine Department in signing on a permanent crew, the ship has been doclared "Mack" by the Seamen's Union. The men have joined the ship at a reduction on the old wages of £1 per month, and this action is strongly resented by the union.
