Kent, 276, beat Middlesex, 124 and 122. Woolley, in tho second innings, took six Middlesex wickets for 45 runs.
Yorkshire 66, and 167 for four wicketa, beat Gloucester, 172 and 58. Warwickshire, 203 and 99 runs for no wickets, drew with Notts, 251. Hampshire, 148 and 123 for eight wickets, declared, drew with Lancashire, 151 and 117 for two wickets.
