BRITISH COLUMBIA'S ORDER. VANCOUVER, Aug. 5. The Government of British Columbia has ordered 1000 Oriental employees to be ousted from pulp paper manufacturing plants in that province. When issuing tho notice Che AttorneyGeneral asserted that he did not wish a situation to develop in Rritish Columbia such as now obtained in California, where the Japanese control se-eral important industries.
