TRAGEDY IN PALESTINE. A, and N.Z. CAIRO. June 16. An Indian sowar (mounted orderly) attached to the 31st Lancers, stationed at Suraffin, Palestine, in a fit of insanity ran amok with a rifle and killed Captain Fleming and two Indian officers, and wounded one officer and four men. He then shot himself, but the wound was not fatal.
