Official advices from Peking state Dr. Sun Yat Sen has fled from Canton, which has been, occupied by Chan Chiung Ming as the result of a coup. Dr. Sun Yat Sen's main army is in a precarious position, facing General Wu Pei Fu'6 army at Nanchang, in Kiang Si Province. The new President in Peking, Li Yuan Hung, has granted an amnesty to Ch".ng Tso Lin, who pledges his faith to the new Government. Reports from Mukden state that the assemblies representing the three Manchurian provinces proclaimed a new form of government, '%nder which each province will govern itself while recognising that Manchuria is still pari, of China. Chang Tso Lin has been named as commander of all the troops.
