SECURED BY AMERICAN. ALUMINIUM IN URALS. Australian rod N.Z. Cable Association. (Becd. 8.6 p.m.) NEW YORK, June 13. Dr. Hammer, of New York, has returned from Russia. He announces that Lenin granted him a concession in the Ural mountains, near Ekaterinburg, approximately 1000 square 1 miles in area. Dr. Hammer says that the traet contains a vast deposit of asbestos and aluminium. He has already begun activities there, and is introducing modern machinery. He displayed a letter in English, dated May 10, in which Lenin stated that he had been very sick, but was then much -better.
