GAS SUPPLY.
Sir,—May I ask space to protest against the poor quality.of gas being supplied to Mount Eden (Pencarrow Avenue). We have great difficulty in cooking, and as to getting a hot bath from the califant, it is next to impossible. The same trouble applies to our neighbours. With coal in good supply we should at least not be inconvenienced in this way. Pencarrow Avenue.
