JUDGE OVERRULES JURY. BOMBAY. May 3. The Judge refused to accept the unanimous verdict of not guilty returned by the jury of five Indians in the case of Hazrat Mohani, a Moslem leadir, who was charged at Ahniedabad with sedition and waging war. Mohani, who deteuded in a passionate address his speeches advocating an Indian republic, was sentenced to two years' rigorous imprisonment.
