PROFITS IN SIX MONTHS.
_ -*» NEW ZEALAND GLASS WORKS, LIMITED. It is the intention of the directors of the New Zea'and Glass Works, Ltd., to erect an initial plant at a cost of c;.;r ,-no so that dividends can be earned immediately, while the completion of the total works goes ahead unhampered. This initial plant will produce 400 gross of quart bottles a week, valued at £1000. The cost being estimated at £587 7s 2d, this leaves a weekly profit of £412 12s lOd. Working for 11 months a year, arid al'owing for cost of overhaul during the idle month, 33 1-3 per cent, depreciation, overhead expenses, etc., the net yearly profit from the- initial plant alone is £12 873 16s, while the completed works should earn four times this amount. These figures are based on actual costs of March, 1922. Beyond doubt the Now Zealand Glass Works, Ltd., will be a highly profitable and safe investment. The 'capital is to be £150,000 in £1 shares, the minimum subscription on which the directors may proceed to allotment is 35,000 shares Applications for shares should be forwarded to any member of the Stock Exchanges of Christchurch, Wellington or Auckland; or to Messrs. Smith and Quick, Dunedin; or to any branch of the company's bankers: The National Bank of New Zealand; or to the company's chief brokers, Messrs.
