GKAND TOTAL OF £60,000,000. (Received 11.50 p.m.) Renter., LONDON, April 29. Lite Westminster Gazette's political critic forecasts that the Budget to be delivered on Monday will include a redaction of one shilliing in the income tax, one penny in the duty on sugar, twopence en tea, and some postal concessions, with a small reduction in the entertainments tax. Total reductions will amount to £60,000,000. The critic suggests that the sinking funds may be susper-ded, though interest will! have to be paid.
