THREE KILLED, ONE INJURED. AMERICAN MINERS' ACT. A. and N.Z. NEW YORK. April 28. Violence among the striking miners is becoming more frequent. Three nonunion miners wero killed and one injured when a b-imb was thrown iufp a bunkhouse at Apolla, Pennsylvania.
