WITHDRAWAL OF HER OFFER.
REPLY TO LETTER DEMANDED Australian and N.Z. Cable Association. (Reed- 6.5 p-m.) LONDON. April 29. The Genoa representative of the Australian and New Zealand Press Association states that M. I'chitcherin, chief of the Russian delegation, has written to Sigaor Facta, Premier, of Italy, requestiing. to be informed of the reason for the delay in summoning the first commission, dealing with the Cannes resolution, the Russian question, peace questions, and tho general question of peace among the nations. He declares that if it is not convened and if nc> reply is received to the Rusiiian letter sent on April 20 to Mr. Lloyd George accepting the Allies' conditions, he will be compelled to withdraw the Russian offer.
