Australian and N.Z- '.'able Assoc—lion. ■Seed. 5.5 p.m-j TEHERAN, April 26; [n view of the unsatisfactory position of Persian affairs, the Meiliss (National Council' 1 , at the Premier's request, appointed a commission representing all Parliamentary parties to assist the Cabinet In formulating a policy in the best interests of the country. The Premier, Mbshir Ed Dowlah, favours development of the North Persian oilfields, and the. engagement of foreign advisers, which Mejliss had hitherto refused.
