SCENIC TRIP ABANDONED. HEAVY RAIN INTERVENES. (Received 11.15 p.m.) Beuter. TOEIO. April 05. Heavy rain necessitated the abandonment of the Prince of Wales' projected trip to Lake Shaji and Mount Fuji-yama. He is proceeding on a week's visit to Kyoto. __^_______
