PAKURANGA HUNT.

MEET AT MOUNT kubjujuU The Pakuranga Hunt held a meet at Mount Eoskill yesterday. There was a fair attendance of members and others, who wero out to Qualify their horses. Among those present wero Her Excellency. Lady Jelliooe and her two daughters, the Hone. Myrtie and Norah Jellicoe. About 11.30 o'clock the hounds cast off on Winstone's property, occupied by Messrs. Humphries and Seltham, and a hare wau put up in | & Seld just beyond a swamp. A spirited run took place, the pack comprising 18 couples, being keen on the scent, setting a merry pace. The recent wet weather made the going heavy, and the country somewhat difficult. Hares were plentirul. and although several checks were experienced, finally a good straight run took place, the quarry being run to esnth at a disused stable on the property. The meet concluded shortly after 3 p.m.. the sport having been much enjoyed. Among those who took part in the run w^re:—Her Excellency. Lady Jellicoe, on her grey hunter. Leinster; Hon.
