SEAMAN SHOOTS HIMSELF.
DIES ON WAY TO HOSPITAL [by telecraph.—pubs.-; association.] DUNEDIN. Monday.
Sydney Charles Dillon, j,ged 21 years, a sailor on board the Corinr.a, shot himself in the chest and then in the head with a revolver on board the boat this afternoon. He was removed to the hospital, but died before reaching it. The deceased had been employed on the Corinna for one month and had no re]a» tiveg here. His homo was in Bristol.
A verdict of suicide was returned
