REFUSAL TO TAKE OATH.
PASSENGER BY TAHITI.

A male passenger by the Tahiti refused to take the oath of allegiance when the vessel arrived from San Francisco this morning, and consequently he was not permitted to land. He is proceeding through to Sydney.
