ELDERLY MAN FOUND SHOT.
A VICTIM OF ILL-HEALTH. [vt TELEGRAPH.—PRESS ASSOCIATION.] DUNEDIN, Monday.
John Bell, aged 62 years, conducting a second-hand furnishing business in South Dunedin, was found sitting in a chair with the left side of his head blown away, and with the barrel of a shotgun lying on his breast, while the butt was supported by a sewing machine. Deceased, who leaves a wife and daughter, had been in ill-health for months with. occasional periods of depression.
